Our special Tarrazú
Produced in the Tarrazú Region, in a small family farm and benefited by the micromill "Café de la Tía", through the "Yellow Honey"process, our coffee is dried in African beds.
It comes from the Caturí and Catuaí varieties, and it is cultivated between 1600 and 1850 meters of altitude.
It offers an exquisite floral aroma, a citric acidity, bright and clean in perfect balance with its sweetness of caramel, medium body and prolonged aftertaste.
Our unique Valle Central
Produced and processed in the Central Valley Region of Costa Rica, in Sabanilla de Alajuela, favored by the fertile soils of volcanic origin and an excellent climate, this area produces a fruit of magnificent quality and flavor.
Our coffee goes through a careful process of quality control, from planting to roasting, to guarantee the attributes that make it special.
It has a perfectly balanced flavor, clean, robust and sweet fresh fruit aroma, the sweetness of sugar cane, medium acidity, creamy body and clean after-taste.
